my name is joanna and with cutting edge imaging i got excellent results. my computers are running great, the service was outstanding, reliable, and inexpensive. i have a fuscia pc that ken worked on. i recently had it updated at a company in sapulpa and within a week of getting it back it crashed. luckily i found cutting edge imaging trough a friend and all three of my computers that i own have been worked on by ken and with very fair pricing he got all three in excellent running condition. the man who worked on my pc that crashed wanted to charge me just to talk after it quit working!! ken gave my computer a look over without charge, diagonosed what he could do and got my computer back to me within two days. it's been working great ever since. i would highly recommend cutting edge imaging to anyone with computer problems. they give you information straight forward and do what's in the best intrest to you and your computer, none of the BS you get everywhere else. also in my knowledge of talking to the professional "computer nerds" they knew nothing of what i was talking about and could not give me any information over the phone (because that way they aren't making money) ken on the other hand was kind enough to take the time and run through everything he could, to help me understand what he was doing and how he did it. thanks again ken i'm letting everyone know about your business. I had two computers crash within a short period of time. I took them both to another repair shop that was advertised on Craigslist. I paid $80 just to 'check them both in'. after several days, i was told that neither one of them were fixable. (one of them being a laptop that was just over a year old). This shop talked me into buying another desktop from them, and was charged another $210.00. I wasn't satisfied that my laptop was unfixable, so I called Ken at Cutting Edge Imaging. He was very helpful and explained what he thought the problem was in our first phone conversation. I took both the desktop and the laptop that "couldn't be fixed" to Ken. He looked at both of them, and diagnosed the problems at no charge. it turns out they could be fixed after all! They both needed a new hard drive. I work from home on my lap top and it is the single most important part of my job. When my computer crashed, I didn't know what to do. I had never had anything like this happen to me, so I didn't have anything backed up. I always have had to learn things the hard way.:) I started calling around to several different computer vendors and they were all telling me it would be at least 10 days before they could even look at it, unless I wanted to pay a $150 expedite fee. My wife started searching on Craig's list and found Ken Holt with CE Imaging. I have to admit I was a little skeptical, but I needed to get my computer fixed and fast. I called Ken and he was very professional and let me know he would work on it and have it ready by the next day. He was true to his word and it only cost me $45! What more can you ask for. Fast.
